Beach Shopping Center is anchored by Stop & Shop supermarket and includes famous retailers like Sherwin Williams, Planet Fitness, Super Cuts, CVS and Radio Shack, among others, with Ozzy’s Auto Clinic located around the corner on Dayton Lane (www.dlcmgt.com).
Kohl’s is a single-level department store featuring clothes and shoes for the whole family, plus household goods, gifts and other items (www.kohls.com).
Cortlandt Town Center is anchored by an A&P Supermarket, Wal-Mart, Marshall’s and Home Depot, and includes brand name retailers from Payless to Pier 1, as well as a Cineplex with first run movies (www.acadiarealty.com).
Jefferson Valley Mall is anchored by Macy’s and Sear’s, with a number of independent shops and brand-name chain stores in between (www.simon.com).
Driving east on Route 202 leads to several shopping strips and stores like AC Moore and BJ’s Buyer’s Club; plus the Triangle Shopping Center in Yorktown Heights (home to TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Mrs. Green’s Natural Market, etc.) There is also a K-Mart and Turco’s, a specialty food store, located nearby.
White Plains, Westchester County’s seat of government is also a major shopping hub that includes The Galleria (www.galleriaatwhiteplains.com) and The Westchester Mall (www.simon.com) for upscale shopping.
Elsewhere, Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets, located in Central Valley, is a mega-sized, outdoor discount center featuring dozens of designer-named fashions for men, women and children, as well as leading chain-store outlets (www.premiumoutlets.com).
